Formally: the Point-in-Time Carrier Record Report.
What did the public record show about a motor carrier on the date that matters — the dispatch date, the policy date, the date of loss? Public carrier lookups show a carrier's current status, and later entries change what they show. An AsOf Report states what Substradium's dated copies of the public record show for your date, with the source and capture time of every fact.

Where Substradium's copy of a record was made on or before your date, the report rests on that copy. Each finding carries the Captured label with its capture date, and an absence can be stated as an absence.
Where the archive holds no copy made on or before your date, the report reconstructs the record from federal filing histories captured later, with the capture date shown per row. Each finding carries the Reconstructed label.
Both tiers are the same record at the same price, $1,500. Which one applies is a statement about how your date was captured, and the record says which on its cover and on every finding.
Whether this archive can answer depends on the carrier and on the date, so the check is made for the carrier and date you name. It is free, and nothing is charged before you pay for a record.

See Substradium for agents.Substradium keeps its own dated copies of public federal and state carrier records. Coverage differs by carrier and by date, so it is answered per request: the free check says, for the carrier and date you name, whether this archive can answer and what a purchased record would establish. A date the archive did not capture is answered as “not captured”, never as clean. A purchased record states the source and capture time of every row it relies on.

Enter the fingerprint printed on the report, or upload the JSON copy, at substradium.com/verify. A match means Substradium issued a record with that fingerprint; an uploaded JSON copy matches only if it is byte for byte the copy issued.
The archive does not hold a source row that supports the statement for the stated date. It is never reported as clean.
No. It is a factual data report on the public federal carrier record, prepared from archived and historical sources. The federal record is the government’s; Substradium certifies its captures of that record, not the record’s truth.
